From September 9th to 12th, 2026, The Travel Centre took part as an exhibitor at the Sanganai/Hlanganani World Tourism Expo held in Masvingo, Zimbabwe. Operating from the official Malawi Stand, our team had a great time sharing the best of our region with visitors and travel experts from around the world.
About the Event
Put together by the Zimbabwe Tourism Authority, this annual trade fair is one of the biggest tourism events in Africa. It brings together tour operators, travel agencies, and international media to highlight top holiday spots and travel products across the continent.
Highlights from the Malawi Stand
During the four-day event, our team met with hundreds of visitors, business partners, and travel writers. We focused on:
- Connecting with Global Partners: Meeting travel professionals from different countries to build new business relationships.
- Promoting Local Tourism: Showing visitors why Malawi is a great destination for adventure, nature, and relaxation.
- Sharing Travel Packages: Giving people practical information on how to plan their next trip with us.
